Healthy snacks for adults on the fly:

I was a very bad yogi today...yes I practiced this morning with dedication, sweat, laughs and a tear or two...butttttt instead if my normal craving after for juice, my tummy told that thing between my ears to get a cheeseburger and bag the green juice today...everything in moderation I believe and I never diet or fast so I listened and got the naughty meat...and enjoyed every bite!
