I was sitting comfortably soaking in a Yoga Immersion with a well respected Yogi, Taylor Hunt. A personal relationship had really been nagging at my gut…I felt surges of discomfort or nervousness for a long period and I couldn’t peg why and didn’t take the time to break it down or sort it out. My focus had been on my kids and re-building work and the relationship hadn’t been a top priority but every time I was near this person I felt distrust, unease, scrutiny and rotten energy…Taylor said something profound about GUT feelings…upon meeting a person you feel either attracted, un-attracted or indifferent. I had felt these feelings in my GUT many times but never stepped out as an observer or witness to my own intuition until this moment…I started thinking, recalling…I am not one for judging people by past or mistakes but that is not the same as intuition…someone with a flawless history (or so you think) may have terrible energy or bold coldness…when people are socially uncomfortable…theres a valid reason and its roots are deep and dark. It all boils down to patterns and how people received LOVE or lack there of. Taylor mentioned how he got this empty feeling in his gut upon meeting someone that crossed his path and vice versa...my wheels (urdhva dhanuransanas) starting churning...my GUT was screaming at me..."BAD! BAD! NO MORE!" My friends warned me but the lesson came anyways to teach me and show me and for that I'm grateful because now I am little bit better, stronger, smarter and my GUTS FEEL GREAT! Plus it's always darkest before the dawn and my light is getting brighter...you just wait.

Off putting or cold vibes

nervousness or trouble completing thoughts
Tapping into your GUT FEELINGS and intuition can help you lead a fuller better quality of life. If someone constantly stresses you out or causes strain and issues for you…it’s TOXIC to keep swimming in their energy (even if you are related).
The quality of your being is the energy you give off…and take in.

Welcome in light, positive energy and positive people who nurture you…people that have your best interest in mind won’t encourage you to FIGHT battles you have no chance at winning…people that LOVE you will encourage peace and safety not bitter poisonous dwelling and manipulation. Let love be your permanent guest. Step away from nervous GUT and find people who love like you do. Listen to your heart. Feel your gut…make eye contact, usually the eyes will tell you everything you need to know.
