Fitness Trends in 2015

Bottom line is people on the go want fitness regimens they can do anywhere. Running, yoga, cycling, crossfit, etc... 

The new black this year in fitness will be the BASICS.  Good old fashioned dead lifts, burpees, pull ups, free weights, yatta yatta. Group Personal training will be big and y'all know YOGA retreats are coming in strong and super popular. YOGA retreats are a great self love investment...reset, renew, refresh...my retreat in March in TULUM has a gluten free vegan chef on site (included), Pilates, Yoga, guided jogs, kite boarding, hiking, life coaching and goal setting sessions, massage, snorkeling...I mean, seriously, doesn't get much better than that...sunshine, laughter, good people with similar goals and aspirations...good vibes all around.
