Move it or lose it...

Be a mover! Run! Leap! Flow!  Do whatever you need to do to peacefully transition to your next step on your stairway to greatness.  In Yoga we fear what we do know not what we don't know...the goal is rid FEAR all together...because when we act out of FEAR...we act like fools and spin out of control. 

Fear comes in many forms and Yoga helps us bring it up and let it out...let it float away through connecting breathe through movement and higher consciousness and connectedness with the divine.

FEAR is often associated with uncertainty & instability.  Living in Fear is really living wanting to HAVE CONTROL...when that is never really possible in an ever-changing universe and at the end of the day...we cannot control others or what they do or say, but WE CAN CONTROL HOW WE REACT.   Emotional reaction is realization that we have NO CONTROL and therefore we don't feel safe and secure so we react threat-fully or danger-some to ourselves and maybe even others. 

This is no way to live and YOGA helps combat unhealthy emotion and can lead us how to better digest the unseen detours in our lives...for every detour, there's a beautiful scenic route along the way to our destiny...

Practice saying, "I do not know."

In Yoga we fear of falling on our heads...much like in life!  Well yall, I've fallen on my head a million times in Yoga and in life and as much as it hurts, I heal and get back up and keep going for many reasons.  Stay strong. Move on.  Be a peaceful warrior.
