If you don't TRY, you'll never know...whether it's trying your BEST to meet a goal, accomplish a dream or even just BE KIND...TRY.
When you TRY, you defeat "regret". When you TRY, you can figure out if your best is enough or maybe if it's time to move forward.
Meeting your fears is never easy or welcoming, but when you face them and actually look them in the eyes, strength and courage with rise in your bones and radiate out your skin.
Intention is unbreakable when it's pure, good willed, and created with love.
When you manifest good thoughts and grateful exhales, the universe delivers. The righteous can only hide for so long.
Live fully and meaningfully. Take responsibility. Live your truth. Correct your wrongs when you can and learn from your mistakes.
If you make a mistake 4 times...you're not learning....None of us are above universal law...NONE of us...if you want your results to change, try modifying your behaviors and reactions first.
As a yoga instructor, I teach people how to "modify" their postures to protect, educate, and teach a student how to individually get the most from a pose by staying true to the integrity of the posture by correcting their alignment (when necessary)...I practice yoga every day but I'm also modifying my postures every day to strive to be better...some days are more fruitful then others, but I'm doing the best I can and I'm TRYing so that makes me feel great and grateful.
In my personal self-work I'm studying and deepening my Yoga practice but also deeping my spiritual side. I'm constantly modifying, learning beautiful lessons and some really painful ones too, but I'm trying. You should too.
Practice Self-Love. Do Yoga. Be Kind always.
