Tap into zen...

Tapping is a trending stress relief technique I have been practicing, learning, and researching. I find it extremely effective and I've been sharing it with my students in meditation at the studio with great response and curiosity.

  Prepare your statement:   "Even though I'm stressed about $&@!?, I accept myself as I am. " Start tapping your Karate chop (1) side of hand while you open your statement.  *do a full round of tapping through each meridian point...releasing pent up chi...  round 2...you'll vent..."I'm stressed because X, then Y, then Z...  round 3...you'll release...and essentially, reprogram or keep tapping until you do.   Finale: "My stress is leaving. I accept myself as I am.  I feel clear. My energy channels are anew. I am free"  Namaste
